Description

Many Distribution Centers have located in Tulare County along the Hwy 99 corridor due to the efficiency of delivery; UPS can deliver overnight up to 98% of California from this location and Truck Transfer can reach 11 Western States in two days and the Tulare Airport is just east. Highway 99 is the major arterial running north and south through California.

Access

Site will be accessible by way of a new approved dedicated city street 64 foot easement just west of the Post Office. Access to site via Highway 99 at the Paige intersection then west on Paige just to the north, the City of Tulare has indicated that Blackstone Street will be punched through to the south connecting Industrial Avenue within 12 months. This improvement of Blackstone will be complete with the development of Love’s Restaurant and Hotel that will be at the southwest corner of Paige and Blackstone.
